Today in Inquiry we were learning about the sun. We did an experiment to model how the sun produces energy. To make it we used a container of sand 4 tea spoons of icing sugar, baking soda and isopropyl alcohol and a lighter and a piece of paper. That recreated the sun’s core pushing the heat out of the sun to give us
enough light for us to survive. The sun gives the plants food that is called photosynthesis. The plants give us oxygen and the sun gives us solar power.
